  • Long Distance Cardio – Perform any of the below for the period of time or distance
    • Treadmill uphill (30mins Jog or 3 mile run outside)
    • Elliptical (35mins at a fast pace)
    • Rower (1,500 meters)
    • Bike (30 mins)
  • After cardio core (1min each)
    • 4 sets of planks
    • 4 sets of side planks (2 on each side)
    • 4 sets of six inches
