U48 Fitness prepares men and women to excel in their chosen sport. We train in the following sports categories: Football, Basketball, Soccer, Softball, Lacross, Baseball, Track & Field, and more.

It's Your Game

U48 coaches concentrate on the specific aspect of your sport. Whether it is Basketball, Softball, Soccer, or Football, we have you covered. UST athletes run variety of drills, work on their speed and reaction time.

Young athletes learn the foundations of their sport, build and develop great fitness habits, learn about safety, and work on speed.
5-12 YEARS OLD
Athletic Performance For Younger Athletes

Young athletes learn the foundations of their sport, build and develop great fitness habits, learn about safety, and work on speed.

U48 In addition to sports specific position drills, the athletes will work on building strength, endurance, speed, and mental toughness.
13 - 17 YEARS OLD
Middle and High School Level Athletes

Athletes will hone their skills. In addition to sports specific position drills, the athletes will work on building strength, endurance, speed, and mental toughness.
