#UFIT is U48’s ULTIMATE Interval class! In 60 minutes, you’ll experience a mixture of resistance, cardio and core training in an upbeat, high energy group environment! This class is programmed with an interval base, making it enjoyable for all fitness levels to work at their own pace. Ran by experienced, motivating U48 Trainers who will guide you and modify individually if necessary.


UST or Ultimate Sports Training; U48 trains athletes of all ages from professionals and colligates, to high school athletes (13-17 years old) and youth athletes (5-12 years old). The mission remains the same in any of our three UST programs- improve athletes mind, body and performance.


Our intensive, eight week program is formulated to improve speed, strength, and skills specific to the various tests of the NFL Scouting Combine. Our trainers and coaches specialize in the following: 40-yard dash, pro shuttle, combine specific drills, strength, change of directions, flexibility, mobility, power movements, broad jump and vertical jump, directional and functional movements.
