#UFIT is a high energy, fun, large group training program. With as many as 10 sessions a week, you no longer will have an excuse not to work out. Come to as many session as you want and get fit. So, UFIT or not?

UFLEX
#UFLEX is an advanced to intermediate level cross training program which focuses on Olympic Style lifts and explosive strength. If you have been lifting for a while and know your way around a barbell, drop by to one of the UFLEX sessions and talk to a UFLEX coach.

UST
U48 Fitness helps athletes improve their skill, technique, strength, speed, endurance, and agility. We guide young men and women to excel in sports and life by measuring success in a team setting. We train in the following sports categories: Football, Basketball, Soccer, Softball, Lacross, Baseball, Track & Field, and more.

UBOOM
Boom is a safe, fun, low impact, therapeutic form of fitness specifically geared to help our older clients retain independence, mobility, and fitness well into their golden years. The program focuses on balance, functional movements, and stretching in a senior friendly environment with a fun and understanding coach.

UST PRO
#USTPRO is an intense program geared for professional athletes. If you are ready to take your game to the next level, talk to one of our coaches today.

UGROUP
UGROUP is a small group training with personal training attention. The groups are usually capped at 6 people per class allowing your coach to better address individual needs of every group member.
