Rosy Salazar was born in 1993 in Atlanta, Georgia. She has one younger brother, Luis, who she considers her main motivation. He is actively serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Rosy graduated from Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, GA in 2012 and then immediately went to college to pursue her degree in Information Technology. After years of studying and working on her degree, she got the opportunity to work in the IT field and quickly realized it wasn’t her passion.
Rosy went through a journey of her own with her health and fitness and it has since completely changed her life. She went from her life being on the line, going through many health struggles such as (the bigger ones being); obesity, anxiety, and joint pains and this all led her in making the best decision- saving her life and turning it around for the better. Rosy lost a total of 50+ lbs in the course of a year and a half. She has made an incredible transformation overall and she continues to work on herself every day. She’s always been passionate about helping and giving back to others. Through her own transformation, she’s inspired many and has worked hard to guide them in their own health journey. She loves seeing people become better versions of themselves and loving themselves through the process. Rosy’s passion and love for what she does, reflects in how focused and committed she is to her clients and in their paths to living happier, healthy lives. Her goal is to continue to lead by example and teach others the importance of using their strength for greatness.
